We are on the hunt for skilled and reliable Handymen to join our growing Oahu team. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including maintaining properties, identifying the need for repairs, and responding to clients’ requests.
 

To be an effective handyman, you will be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidates’ talents.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic tasks including craftsmanship, remodeling, and managing maintenance repairs.

• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.

• Respond to clients maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Repair the minor plumbing, electrical and safety systems needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job. 

• Oversee the team on and off site. 

• Be ready for emergency calls. 

• Provide clients with support and guidance on maintaining their project.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

• A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role. 

• Solid experience with woodworking, remodeling, plumbing and electrical systems.

• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

• Extremely organized with good communication skills.

• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time

Salary: $30.00 to $45.00 hour based on experience.
